THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR MSSC2009 IS NOW OPEN

Registration

Unlike previous MSSC workshops registration at MSSC2009 will NOT be done on a "first come - first served" basis. Delegates must apply for a place at MSSC2009.

If you would like to be considered for a place at MSSC2009 then you must complete the online application form. The deadline for submitting applications is Friday 24 July. Once this deadline has passed the application form will be closed and 50 students will be selected from the applications received. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of the selection process during the week commencing Monday 27 July.

Applicants not selected for a place at MSSC2009 will be placed on a reserve list and will be offered a place at the workshop if there are any cancellations

NOTE: Students will be selected for MSSC2009 on the strength of the information provided on their application form so you should ensure that you answer all questions fully and provide all the information required.

Payment

Two registration fees will be in operation for MSSC2009...
Registration ONLY - £100
Registration PLUS Accommodation - £375

All fees MUST be paid by Friday 4 September.
NO payment will be accepted at the event.

Failure to pay registration fees by the designated date may result in your place at MSSC2009 being withdrawn and offered to one of the students from the reserve list.

Please DO NOT pay any fees until you have received confirmation that you have been selected for MSSC2009.

There are three options available to make your payment...

(1) Credit Card Using PayPal
If you would like to pay by credit card using the PayPal system please contact Damian Jones who will send you a PayPal payment request by email.

(2) Bank Transfer
If you are paying by bank transfer you MUST reference "MSSC2009 / YOUR NAME" on the transfer form so that we can track your payment. Failure to do so may result in your payment being misplaced in our bank account and your registration showing an outstanding amount, which could affect your registration for the workshop.
