Please note we have a new registration process.
You will need to initially complete the account
registration and then register for the Study Weekend.
Register between 12 September and 20 November - the fee is £210
Register between 21 November and 9 December - the fee is £260
For those applying for a standard bursary (registration fee and one night's standard accommodation) the registration fee of £210 is the only fee that will apply. If you are intending to apply for a standard bursary please ensure that you read this section.
NOTE: STRICTLY NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT AT THE CONFERENCE.
STFC now use Shared Services to administer payments and no cash can be taken at the event to pay for attendance at the Study Weekend. You will need to pay beforehand by using the methods included in these web pages. If you require invoicing, please email Shirley Miller in good time to ensure payments have been received before the conference.
Information on Payment
Payment can be made in advance by the following methods...
BY CREDIT CARD USING Bucksnet
STFC / Daresbury Laboratory are able to accept Credit Card payments using the Bucksnet system. In order to pay your registration fees using Bucksnet please have your card details available when you complete the online registration form and proceed to payment.
Should you miss this opportunity to pay during the registration process you will need to log back into your account and Proceed to Payment from there. Easiest way is to pay on line by credit card.

Only cheques made payable to "Science and Technology Facilities Council" will be accepted. Cheques made payable to any other organisation or groups cannot be accepted and will be returned.
Bucksnet and cheques are the preferred method of payment for the Study Weekend. However, if you are unable to pay in this way we can offer these
alternative methods of payment.
