CCP4 CCP4 Study Weekend

Venue, Accommodation, Registration

East Midlands Conference Centre

The East Midlands Conference Centre is ideally located on the University Park Campus and is the ultimate, flexible venue. On your approach notice the beautifully sculptured white stoned garden which marks the entrance to the centre before your arrival into the dramatic light filled Atrium.

With over 20 years experience, the EMCC has the flexibility to accommodate delegates from 20 up to 588, so should provide adequate facilities for a comfortable and successful Study Weekend.  There is adequate parking on the site in parallel to the Conference Centre, and additional parking on the road.  No parking permits are necessary.

This useful booklet map shows the location of the East Midlands Conference Centre along with travel information. There is also a Campus map showing the rooms for all events at Study Weekend.

Accommodation

We have secured a range of both en-suite and standard rooms on campus for the conference. Those requesting a bursary MUST select Sherwood Hall. We have also a selection of rooms within Ancaster Hall. The number of en-suite rooms is limited so will be allocated on first come first served basis.

Speakers will be accommodated in the Village Hotel, Nottingham to which transport will be arranged. However, if you specifically wish to stay on campus, please select accommodation in one of the halls.
