Standard Bursaries

 

THE PERIOD FOR STANDARD BURSARY APPLICATIONS HAS NOW CLOSED - WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING STANDARD BURSARY APPLICATIONS FOR THE CCP4 STUDY WEEKEND 2008.

 

 

As in year's past, CCP4 has made funding available for students, to help with the costs of attending Study Weekend, in the form of a bursary. This bursary has normally included the cost of a registration as well as one night's standard accommodation. This year we have had to limit the number of bursaries available as well as the dates in which students can apply for them. CCP4 has 140 bursaries available and will only accept applications for these during the reduced rate of registration - 15 September to 17 October. Please make note of this when applying.

Travel Bursaries

 

THE PERIOD FOR SENDING APPLICATIONS FOR TRAVEL BURSARIES HAS NOW CLOSED. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL.

 

Limited funds will be made available to help pay travel costs for students and young post-docs from non-UK laboratories. Please send a separate letter, signed by your supervisor and stating the expected cost of travel in pounds sterling, to justify applications for travel support. Supervisors are asked to nominate only one candidate from their Laboratory. Delegates are expected to travel by the most economic means possible. Candidates from less favoured regions will be given preference.
