The Distributed Computing Group provides the UK's HPC community with objective analysis and advice on HPC technologies (processors, servers, interconnects, middleware, storage, visualisation etc), and the companies which offer such services, along with the procurement, installation and exploitation of capacity HPC facilities.

A variety of workshops and training courses are provided including the long running annual Machine Evaluation Workshops.

NEWS: 5th March 2010. The cseht rebuild is complete. Users can login again. However, the GPU nodes are not performing correctly and investigations are t aking place, including the disconnection of GPUs from comp032-comp035. If possible, please refrain from using any of the GPU nodes (comp032-comp039).
