In order to receive information regarding the activities of CCP5, it is necessary to register your name on the CCP5 mailing list. Please complete the sections below.

For a new registration, all the fields in boldface are required, but please fill in the others if applicable. For an existing registration, only the First Name(s), Surname and Email fields are required, but please fill in the other fields which have changed.

Most communication concerning CCP5 is now sent by Email, so you are required to complete this field.
